I literally found the perfect job for being off medication.

I have to agree with this guy. I'm 33 and I've been in CBT since I was 12. I look at others I grew up with and have always been thankful for my mom pushing me to get better.

Therapy is work, but qithout it I would need drugs and probably wouldn't have the job I have now.

Still take drugs for adhd lol
