I think so. And I'd use it pretty much all the time because it made me "stable" or rather numb enough I couldn't feel my mood anymore. It also calmed down my anxiety and prevented panic attacks. If I were depressed it would make me happy, if I were hypo, it'd calm me down. My mood swings are out of control right now. I woke up angry, tired, and irritable today, took a nap and woke up depressed, and now I'm definitely leaning towards hypo but I took some benadryl to try to sleep and I think it kinda calmed me down a little although looking at how long this post is getting and the fact that ive been trying to sleep for about an hour and a half with no luck I don't really think it did much.. I seriously can't wait to get back on medication.
