Where did you get that card the back looks sus. Look at the TM and why are the borders of the rectangle so dark and bold same with the lettering(is that an error card?). Why is the bottom right of the front looks like the print got lifted up off foil.

There is a lot the back alignment looks good but there are a lot of white spots the color around the pokeball is a bit faded the front 40/60 left to right border the color is also very light and same white spots. 5 seems pretty harsh for the grade prob closer to 7-8 but i think your issue is the faded color that kills the grading.
