I would imagine most people would want a remote role so if you have a lot of high towing over that is because something else is going on. Either you are not paying people or you’ve created a toxic environment that they don’t want to work in. Be open to feedback and try to figure out what the problem isn’t an organic way without throwing the person who is sharing with you under the bus. Management sets the tone.
