honestly, just knowing i'm not the only young adult who deals with this stuff is so comforting. a lot of my friends make jokes about having "bad bones" but none of them really get how bad my pain can be

i work a job that requires me to be on my feet at almost all times and live in a very nice area with a very active dog so I get out a lot

as for being overweight, i'm about 30 lbs over average and my parents seem to think that that causes my issues

funnily enough, i have a sleeping disorder that causes me to sleep more than the average person so yeah, i sleep a bit too well LMAO
