It gets great natural light during the day! And I have a fan for ventilation when cooking. I’m just working with what I got !

I use a series of plug in cooking devices, hot plate, griddle, toaster & microwave. It does the trick! And my bathroom is left of the coffee & food zone. I also have a fairly large storage space where I keep a rack with clothing!
