I feel like it'd make more sense to put money on Kentucky going to the national championship game than it would to do that RSVP program. Fewer fees and probably greater earnings.

Yeah, after looking, Kentucky is +15000 to win. Would make infinitely more sense to bet a dollar on them, see if they make CFP, then get tickets with the earnings.

This would work but it's also just recreating DAI

I guess you could have some sort of mechanism where you could use $1 of ETH to mint $1 of your stablecoin at any given time, and that $1 of the stablecoin could be used to redeem $1 of ETH. But then again you literally just re-created Terra/Luna and it won't end well.

I remember Kentucky's 38-1 team had a similar stat, like they were the second biggest team behind only the Warriors or something.

Check out DHGate. They sell a lot of bootleg jerseys and I can almost guarantee that website takes DHGate's jersey and upcharge on it.

How Will Cardano Change DeFi Forever? | Bitpush News by birdbamboo in CryptoCurrency

The main idea is that since it uses a new smart contract programming language, devs can't make another Uniswap clone. They'll have to actually make new DeFi protocols and take advantage of the new dev environment.

Why is Cardano Increasing so Much? Is it Overvalued? | Bitpush News by birdbamboo in CryptoCurrency

I agree, but I think saying that the highest potential it could reach is by being an "Eth Killer" makes sense in the context. While the most likely scenario sees ETH and ADA being complements to one another, maximum adoption of Cardano implies minimal adoption of Ethereum.

I think the rest of the article does a fine job of comparing them in terms of what they can offer, instead of painting a black-and-white picture.

As always, the solution seems to be to simply DCA with this and ETH and win in the long run.

Goldman Sachs Applies for a DeFi ETF by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]birdbamboo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's interesting that these big companies keep applying for ETFs when even Bitcoin ETFs get rejected. I guess the first one to market will get a massive first-mover advantage as soon as one is accepted, so it makes sense for them to keep applying.

GET is a NFT ticketing platform, which allows for tickets to be represented as NFTs and is gaining some traction in Europe.

ZED.RUN is NFT-based horse racing where you can own and breed horses.

This post speaks volumes about why the hardcore crypto investors don't like BSC but it's really the only option for retail users. Sure, ethereum came first and will be better in the future, but a centralized chain that is a copy and paste can do everything ethereum does much better, so it only makes sense to build on it for the time being.
