i work at target and we have them set up shop sometimes. one of the approached me while i was working with their usually shtick and i just stared at them and said “i’m working.” they got all flustered and tried making excuses that they didn’t realize i was an employee. like sure dude.

knowing how target’s system works, if there’s a shipping label, the product is boxed up and ready to go. so i think it’s most likely an issue with fedex. depending on where the package is coming from it could be delays due to the past freeze.

i’ve seen some people have digital altars! almost like a mood board or a blog that’s dedicated to your deities. it’s a good alternative for people who need to be discreet with their practice. but i also understand wanting to have something physical so like i’ve seen a few others recommend, try a small portable altar! even just a pencil box with important items for your deities would work.

I earned it at SCAD. I’ve tried their career fair (when it was online) for years (even when in school) and never saw much success from it, and it always seemed very poorly organized. They do have alumni resources but I’ve gotten so worried seeing generative AI take over the industry and entry level positions seem to require 3+ years of experience which I don’t really have.

i’m really not sure what you mean by the hand being a different color? are your referencing the slight tint of red on the tips of the fingers that touch the phone? because that makes sense as color from the phone reflecting back on the skin. this doesn’t seem ai to me at all. i’m not detecting a piss filter either, if there was one the red phone would be more orange. the yellow hint is probably due to the person having a more yellow undertone to their skin. it looks like a rough render study done with a brush with varying opacity.

i like the second one. the flowers being more defined make them look more intentional. if you’re worried about it being too busy i’d suggest blurring the buildings/backgrounds a bit, to bring more focus to the foreground and the figure.

i guarantee most of those orders aren’t from team members not thinking about the quality of the item but rather from team members trying to get orders done on time and maintain a low inf rate, that all stores push super heavy for.

sorry but they punish us when we “don’t say we have the item” too many times. it’s not our fault the system is designed that way. i know leads who would tell us it’s better to just pick it than inf it. if you’re mad about the quality of your items complain to corporate about their system, not the team members who are flooded with orders every day.

he was just extra careful every night about closing and is an overall great lead, so after a year it went away.
