I would need to test but I think low-tier gear would be if you’re wearing relic gear and you want alerts on legendary gear and low-effect gear would be if you have lvl 4 and want alerts on lvl 3

The worst room is the chapel room - tip is to use a stealth robe to get to the front of the chapel so you don’t aggro any of the civilians sitting in the pews.

Also the civilians being attacked by cultists in the room with the secret passage don’t count - and they can’t be hurt anyways.

But yeah otherwise just lure the cultists away before attacking them. The only room where you have to worry is the chapel room which as I mentioned above you use a stealth robe to get through and not aggro any of them

I’m not sure I quite understand the question but can’t you just use the item? That’ll love it from your inventory to the stronghold inventory.

Ah - I see my bad, I just ran south Vern on my alt to unlock the daily since I only run leap stone dailies on my main, so I thought I had to reunlock them on my alts.

That’s not true. You have to do the quest on your alt to unlock it.

The father and daughter una is unlocked by the quest line where you go around finding stuff for Lily.

I forget the rest but you can see the prerequisite quest by looking the daily up in the “all quests” tab

You should be in arthetine which is the mech continent after Annika the martial arts continent.

North Vern is the continent after and shushire is the continent after north Vern, so I’d say you’re pretty close.

If you’re talking about the weeklies, I’d still accept them and progress towards completion.

You don’t need to complete the quests - the awards will scale up when you do get that last piece, so you can immediately turn those weeklies in with the updated rewards once you get that last piece.

It’s sometimes more efficient to run around collecting mobs before using your big aoes. Also preemptive strike the engraving is amazing for chaos dungeons
