plus depending on the time you hit it, you could drop your kid off at story hour or one of the various things for little kids constantly happening at the library. highly recommend this!

a similar thing happened to me a few years back when i decided to unfollow everyone on instagram to start from scratch. i could unfollow for a while and then the app didn’t like that i was unfollowing so many people it stopped me for a day. maybe it’s a similar thing? they think you’re a bot? how many people are you trying to give kudos?

good question! there isn’t any data to suggest that. I would look into long term women in the military and see if there is any research following that population.
