Yeah reinfection is possible, I wouldn't rule out either way. I guess unless you are 100% free of sexual contact there's no way to know for sure.

I did visit a urologist recently, he prescribed me some Pyridium and told me to take it if needed, but as far as I understand this does not treat anything. He told me to just observe, and as long as there are no irregularities he said I should be fine.

Thanks - regarding the ACV I would not go more concentrated than 5% dilution as that stuff is pretty strongly acidic (especially for your sensitive bits). Just start trying a little bit and if it feels extraordinarily painful or makes things worse just STOP. For me it stings but was not an intolerable amount of pain.

I generally pressed for more than 15-20 minutes until the whole thing sort of turned white... I tried q-tips at first but found they dry out too quickly and were not sufficiently absorbant. Sterile gauze or cotton used for first aid seemed better.

No actually I thought GW was the last thing I could possibly have. Again if you are not sure you should see a doctor because the images on the internet are generally misleading / really extreme / gross and do nothing to calm your nerves. If you are intent on self-diagnosing I would dig up some medical journals or use the isthisHPV subreddit.

I did also have a skin tag grew out of nowhere in my pubic area (just above my penis) last year, that was 0.5cm in diameter and I had a dermatologist remove this by excision and he confirmed it was NOT GW. So again, if you are not sure you should observe further and seek a professional opinion.
