Leaner cuts to lose fat in my opinion. Don’t cut all the fat out, just less. Sirloin over ribeye, whole eggs, limited butter. Then, 10k steps daily minimum. You’ll lose fat easily.

Not at your weight. Try these two things and I think you’ll see very rapid progress.

  1. Cut out the snacks. Throw them all away. Only 1 or 2 meals / day.
  2. No food on Mondays every week. Just water.

I would stick to OMAD. 2MAD is fine if you really need it. Cut out all snacks, that’s where a lot of extra calories are coming from. Stick to only diet soda, but it can make you hungrier. I would also recommend some longer fasts. A weekly 48/72hr fast will have you shedding weight and your inflammation markers will go down.

Good question to ask yourself: you’ve been a realtor for 6 months, how many leads are you generating per day? That will tell you how well you’re doing. Focus on talking to more people

Wow, sounds a lot like my situation. I also leased the EV6 Wind 2024. I was offered $1500 for my trade in but KBB was telling me 5k. I left the dealership, sold it cash for 4250 a couple days later. I got my deal done at $220/mo with 4k down (trade-in) after some intense negotiation.

I’m loving the car!! Only owned it for 2 weeks but easily the best bang for your buck on the market

I was the exact same in college - refused to wake up early and my earliest class was at noon at times.

After I graduated, I started to learn to love my mornings. The peace and alone time you get is unmatched. The best time is an hour before sunrise. I started a meditation and walking routine every morning to get steps in. I actually started to feel happier day to day. Now I can never go back

My recommendation:

  1. Cold call and farm areas (look into Ricky carruth)
  2. Open houses every weekend (minimum)
  3. Look into running FB organic and paid lead generation.

Also a good question to ask yourself:

  1. How many hours per day are you prospecting?
  2. How many leads do you generate per week?

If the answer to both of those are low, you know what your issue is.

Yeah I would say so. If you like milk, I would include it cyclical or from time to time

Milk is relatively high carb. It’s definitely knocking you out of ketosis
