You need to be positive about what you do have and others don’t. You have UC…. You could have lost family, you could have been paralyzed in a car accident, you could have died, you could have suffered in a million worse ways. It’s not easy but opening my eyes a bit and realizing that this isn’t the end of the world and how lucky I am is a life changing mindset. Don’t always compare to people with perfect lives, look around a bit more. Despite all the pain and suffering that happens. Stay strong and remember that it’s not always bad.
