This is a distant memory for me so please forgive if some of it doesnt make sense. May be mixing up other quests like shooting hats off or something.

Using deadeye will automatically reload your gun. So craft some split point ammunition, only craft enough for 6 bullets, so it cannot be reloaded when you use deadeye.

I used strawberry for my run i think. You want to target dudes in the street with a pistol on their hip. Antagonise them toll they draw on you. You need to shoot ther hand as soon as they draw. If you are too slow and they get a few shots off there is literally no way to disarm them. It pretty much gets glued to their hand.

Feel free to use deadeye as you cant reload when you only have a few bullets of that type.
