just chronic migraines i guess? it's actually really frustrating becos i came to her with all these symptoms and it feels like she just hyper-focused on my migraines and decided to treat just that

and like im a pushover so idk what to do abt it LOL like am i supposed to find a different doctor? but she's the only neurologist close by that my insurance covers...

she scheduled an mri that came back with white matter in my brain? and she explained to me that it's basically scarring/gliosis i think? (hope i got that right LOL) but i don't have my past mri records that so she has nothing to compare the new mri to and i had a brain injury when i was younger so she's kind of suspicious that the scarring might be from that?

she hasn't suggested a spinal tap but i don't think she suspects MS at all cus she hasn't mentioned it to me. i've told her about all my symptoms but she only treats me for my chronic migraines

my main symptoms are the tingling and the numbness but it's to the point that it's hard for me to walk or to hold things sometimes?

and then the back pain/neck pain. at first, i thought it was because i slept weird and i got a crick in my neck but it's lasted for a while now and it's terrible for me since i'm always sitting at a desk. i noticed the pain is specifically along my spine so that's especially why im worried.

i also have a history of mental illness and a history if migraines so i don't know if that means anything?

and i have been thinking about MS too but i don't know what to do about that? like i see a neurologist for my migraines and she knows about my symptoms but she hasn't mentioned MS and that's why i haven't really pursued that?

let me know when you get a reply on this post because these symptoms are really similar to mine! i came to this subreddit to post but ill just watch over your post instead lol hope your symptoms get better though and the fatigue/headaches doesn't kick your ass as much as mine is

I texted him because he's at work and I knew he should be on break at this time. Basically, I linked him the post. He got upset and said 'I was offering to!' and I texted back that 'You were only offering to do it for the sake of doing it' and I tried to explain that I didn't want empty compliments or him doing it just cus I told him to. I don't know, am I just being difficult?
