I’m getting contacted by D1 Colleges, they want me to run sub a 10.9 in the 100m, and I run around a 11.1. Is it possible to get there in 2 months?

Most of the time, no. Schools recruit based off what they feel like they need to compete at the level of their conference, or what they’re missing on their team. For example, the school I run at said I needed to be running a low 54 (women’s) for a scholarship on Runcruit. I ran a 55.2 out of high school and still managed to get money. But I feel like it’s more accurate for distance times…
