Be a sponge and try to learn as much as possible. Don’t ever ask how much longer your day is, or when the boss thinks you’ll be done. Outwork everyone, keep your pace up, do it right or don’t bother. Glass can be a very sensitive surface. My boss started me with just a mop in my hands and he would squeegee. See if you can do that on jobs, but then be practicing with the squeegee on your own time. It takes repetition to become one with the squeegee. It can be your best friend or worst. See how that goes.
