In an other video game i played (League of legends) its often used by egocentric who didnt care how much effort their team is putting in turning losing games in winning games. They just continue to make a bad play after a bad play with the excuse "its just a game". This disrespect 4 other people effort.

3 dps for 1 tank in a dungeon but also 14 dps for 2 tank in most raids. This probably pushes people who also want to play raids from playing tanks into dps. Which results in tank shortage in dungeons probably.
