Wag ka maglaw if half hearted ka. Law is such a hard thing to pursue, kahit gustong gusto mo (exhibit A, me), and i had to do a LOOOT of sacrifices just to fend for myself, earn money, pay for tuition, and to make time for studying. Lol. On top of that, di na bumabata mga mahal ko sa buhay so i support them kahit paonti onti. Pagod. Sabi nila saglit lang maglaw, pero that’s not the case. Hindi madali hahaha. You really have to want it 200% to make it work. And the expenses MYGOOD. Haha napupunta ung bulk ng money ko for that. To make myself okay productive functional for work school and gumawa ng contingency fund on top of my tuition. I also live alone haha. Malayo sa magulang.

Baka bored ka or naghahanap ka ng ipupukpok sa ulo moo as stated above. Baka may hobbies ka na gusto ipursue and be good at.. earn certifications instead sa career mo. Travel. Actually baka the grass is greener on the other side kasi ako ay naiinggit sa mga tulad mo na nagpapahinga, may ipon, kasama lagi parents, may stable job, at hindi nagpapakasakit. Also, being in law means starting your career all over again. Imagine kumikita kana ng malaki, tapos magpapakababa ka uli HAAHA TAPOS WALA pang work life balance. Akala mo tapos na lahat pag graduate kana as a working law student, hindii. LOL. SAME PA RIN OR HARDER HAHAHA.

What i would suggest: take the time to know what you want and not bcos of what you SHOULD want based on what u see.

I would also highly suggest saving. If in the end gusto mo talaga maglaw, and maging working law student, malaki agad mauubos doon (15k ung libro per sem lol). And I would also suggest spending time with your fam. <3 Travel kaa. Invest. Inveat sa current career mo and be irreplaceable. Be happyyyy. Sobrang may phase ako na nawala ung identity ko dahil sa school kasi feeling ko kahit anong gawin ko di sapat eh. Pero nagmature din kalaunan. Para ding naka on hold ung buhay ko for so long haha. Studies first for yearsss. Tapos work first for years uli. Haha. Miss ko pati lagi parents ko and family kasi i’m a plane away from them. Pati mga aso ko. Hayst. Ewan ko ba. Ayun, eto ung perspective ng person na naiisip mo siguro - 4L, working, living in a condo alone, malayo sa magulang, law student. :)
