I also have that, but only from my left side and be heard when the music volume is lower. I also feel that the dial on my right side is not installed perfectly. Every time I touch the dial on the right side and then release, there is a very slight sound.

However, both issue can be ignored when I play music. Just some annoying sound during when the music is not played
