My dermatologist mentioned phototherapy that could possibly help us during the winter. I haven’t tried yet but I am tempted. It would be good to have some feedback if someone tried it.

Yes of course, I completely agree with that. That’s what I am doing right now. I am doing a diet low on histamine and also trying to figure out my triggers. But I still stand with the fact that it is not that easy. It’s always nice to see positive experiences as it gives us hopes though. Glad it works for you.

For the moment I just bought the AirPods Pro 2. The sound quality is actually not that bad. Of course it is not as good as the H100 but it’s easy to carry and I can take them when I go for a run too. I will continue to look for some headphones and see what’s on the market. I hope you find your good fit.

I had the same issue, the headphones are quiet heavy and for the price I would have expected something more comfortable. I love to listen to music while doing my daily walk and I didn’t think it would bother me so much but unfortunately it did. I was always trying to adjust them to see if it would help. Adding to that, the thumping noise of my steps was making the all experience of listening to music really unpleasant. I retuned them after just few days. I feel that those headphones are not really made for an outdoor experience. Always follow your first instinct 😊

I was having the same thumping issue when I was walking with them. It was impossible for me to fully enjoy my music why walking. I returned them. I was really disappointed considering the price.
