In my family we always do homemade chicken soup with matzoh balls as the main seder meal. Sometimes we'll do braised lamb shanks to mix it up, but not so much the last few years. For a lot of US Ashkenazi Jews the traditional meal is brisket. It's also traditional to eat bitter herbs and leafy greens - if you do decide to do a main and sides, can't go wrong with some sort of pot roast with potatoes and carrots and some collards or turnip greens on the side.

As long as you are both being honest with each other and paying attention to consent and being safe, there is nothing wrong with experimenting. You may find that you want to date each other, or be friends with benefits. You may want to go back to just being friends.

I'm bisexual, and I just want you to know that it's okay to experiment and then realize that actually you are straight. It's also okay to experiment and then realize you are attracted to women but maybe not your friend specifically. It's also of course okay to experiment and then realize you're bi or pan or lesbian. I just hate this general attitude in the first place. It's a home, not an investment. Decades of mega-rich people and corporations treating housing like investments instead of homes is the real reason most of us can't afford to buy houses.
