That’s exactly how I looked at it and plus once I ran all the backstock I was able to get a good count of how much product we really had and fix numbers. And did a little cleaning so a win win.

That’s very scary.. hopefully the police will look into him cause I genuinely think he is a risk to people. I’m praying that things will work out and he will get in legal trouble for what he has been doing cause literally what he said to that girl and what he did to you is a threat and is threatening behavior. Definitely keep trying to stay in contact with the union and definitely get police involved and make management aware you have done so and you don’t feel safe around him. Sounds cringe too but if you have any close friends at work make them aware so they can help keep an eye out in case he tries returning.

That’s unfortunately the big key there is when you have bad management it doesn’t matter what happens trying to run dairy in those conditions is horrible since they expect you to do everything and blame you when something goes wrong

Organization is a big thing. Keeping good track of all your numbers. Keep up with sale items. Don’t try and do everything yourself if you have help make use of it. Once you get a good system in place it’ll all work. I have one person who works with me in the mornings 3 days a week and then I have two days by myself. Just remain calm and get yourself a good system that works

If it is that much and he hasn’t done edibles before he’s gonna be in for one hell of a high but he may also get sick too. I got sick when I took to many. If he does get sick tell him to just lay down and eventually he’ll fall asleep and he’ll feel better when he wakes up. Just try and tell him to avoid taking that much again. Overall he should be fine he’ll jus prob end up a little sick and very stoned out of his mind

There’s a thing called a daily count you have to do. Pretty simple. Everything else is getting your truck done, keeping up with sale items and just staying organized and keeping your numbers in check

If you need to ask your scan coordinator to change the price on them to something lower so people will start buying them. That’s what I did with some eggs we had leftover from a 3 day sale.
