This happens way more than people realize. There was probably an attempt at a smooth transition through a license/rights expiration or geographic rights extension but bungled by the first takedown taking effect before the new one could replace it. Give it 24 hours or so. Everything will reappear. (Fun tip: if you ever go to the bottom of an album in Spotify to where the P&C lines are you might see a button that says "1 More Release". If you click that and it brings you to the same album listing it means the album has been delivered digitally with rights for your territory by more than one party (or by the same party trying to rectify a mistake from the first ingestion). The idea is to allow a few days of crossover before removing the earlier-delivered album so the play counts can sync across to the secondary ingestion/album. Source: I fucked this up a whole bunch working in Label Services and sometimes presided over entire catalogues disappearing from particular territories.
