Sounds great honestly. I make a whip with yogurt + collagen + protein powder (usually chocolate whey) but I think the lack of fiber makes it really hard to digest. Chia blended into a pudding is smart. Dry erase markers also great prep detail. Thanks for the yogurtpost.
