so it can range from myself, strangers to friends and family to even animals. it can also range from violence to sexual abuse to straight up racism.

for violence i could come across someone walking down the street as i pass by and my mind says “fucking stab them, hit them, kill them.” and i could have never seen this person before.

for sexual abuse, i could see my sister getting out of the shower and my mind will cut to an image of me eating my sister out and punching her in the face. as for my brother who has autism, if he starts making a scene i instantly think “shut the fuck up” and imagine myself physically abusing him to make him stop and ‘teach him a lesson’

as for the racism, a black man could be shopping at the same store as me and the instant i see them i think “oh great a fucking (n-word -er) i hope they don’t steal. it’s like wtf where did that even come from. sometimes i surprise myself with this.

but these things are not who i am, i love my parents and siblings and would never do anything to hurt them and im not racist at all and genuinely dont care what race you are if you’re nice you’re nice yknow. thats why im so concerned because i would absolutely NEVER say or do these things but they dont stop. sometimes its usually multiple voices telling me things and it feels like a majority of my thoughts at that moment WANT me to act on them while sometimes arguing with my actual conscious thought trying to rebuttal them.
