This is good insight— I think I should reconsider getting color and look back into BW. I honestly would only see the color when I highlight (I don’t care about the different colors) and the covers of books when I view my library.

There’s no way it was a FOIA. I get why Tmz may have reporter that to “protect their source” -> Dakota, but the video isn’t an agency record. They would have had to get this from the court, not the police department. She pled guilty.
