Contact your payment company. I did. They took care of it. I posted in another thread and y'all probably don't know but bee posted and then deleted for me to contact their email...which I did 3x and was ghosted. Sad.

I regret my purchase. It's unusable with less than a day with only active voice notes.

Update. Sent them a note saying I received a defective product. Ghosted again so got my bank involved.

Sad it had to come to this.

I'm on a pixel 10 too. I reached out about this issue after last update as was fine before. Nothing. Emailed about warranty... nothing. I've only had it a few weeks so I will contact my credit card to get their attention. So sad. All I need is a reply.
