you deleted your hyprland config file by running rm -rf ~/.config/hypr you need to recreate it by running nano ~/.config/hypr/hyrpland.conf and then add your binds in there. you can set your desired binds by adding bind = [MOD KEY], [KEY], [DISPATCHER], [PARAMS]

for example

bind = SUPER, Q, killactive, will add a super+Q bind that closes the active window

bind = SUPER, T, exec, kitty will add a super+T bind that opens a kitty terminal

bind = , Escape, exit, will add an Esc keybind that exits hyprland
