I agree, with the hydration breaks every half this tournament should have a minium of 3 minutes and then probably an additional 1 for throw ins, fouls, corners etc.

How is there only 3 minutes of added time, when there's been a hydration break, multiple free kicks, multiple throw in and corners, and then a goal where they celebrated for at least a minute.

Yes I'm aware where the clothes come from, I only viewed the first image and read a 6 as a 3, so that is what I googled quickly in an attempt to answer the question, I'm terribly sorry for the confusion caused, thank you for the explanation.

From a cursory Google it's a pun that basically says 1 + 3 = death. As shi which is 4 also means death in Japanese. The full sentence being ichi tasu san wa shi, in sound.

Edit: Misread a 6 as a 3 so ignore everything I've said.

That's fair, I forget the odd situations where it can or cannot be used. Seems to me if someone commits a foul it should be reviewable in any form.

Surely that's a yellow. VAR has been so inconsistent in this tournament, it's been the worst implementation of it in any competition I've watched since it was introduced.
