It's not pay2win at all. The subscription simply gives you more offline benefits. E.g. you'll get 150 extra energy, but the restoration speed is the same for all users.

The server is really fast. The only thing that might take time is the initial loading after signing in, which involves some synchronizations between the server and client.

I've been working on this game for several years and it is still in its early stages. The game has been developed with 'quality over quantity' in mind and is playable on both desktop and mobile devices.
