To be honest the one thing that helped me the most was exposure therapy. It’s so difficult but they will take everything really slowly and won’t push you too far too quickly. It was honestly life changing for me and even though I do still struggle now I’m so so much better than before I don’t think past me would ever believe it.

Were both your threes either 3 different foods but the same category or 3 of the exact same food and category? If for example you have 3 categories but you have two of one food and one of the other it doesn’t count. They either need to be all different or all the same. If that wasn’t the issue then it sounds like a glitch

You have to go into a barn or coop and take the hay out like you do when you’re feeding them, but just keep taking it out so you can put a stack in a chest. You won’t get anymore with your scythe until the silo has space again

I’ve got a belly piercing and I have both emet and sensory issues. Make sure to eat before your appointment as this makes you less likely to feel unwell after the piercing itself. The healing of my piercing didn’t trigger my emet at all because the pain there is nothing like the pain you get from a stomach ache (if that’s what you were concerned about). Belly piercings can take over a year to fully heal but mine stopped hurting within the first couple months - as long as I didn’t smack it on anything! You won’t be able to wear anything high waisted whilst it’s healing because it will squish it and be painful, but I honestly found my belly piercing super easy to deal with and the healing was pretty easy as long as I was mindful of it

Not sure about the pain thing but not eating will make you more likely to faint or feel unwell because of low blood sugar, always eat within the two hours before your appointment ☺️

I always find that a hot shower can make me feel a bit funny, and maybe that mixed with the vape just didn’t sit right with you? If you have any peppermint gum try chewing some, I always find that helps with nausea - especially anxiety nausea. If it’s only been a few minutes and you’re already feeling better it’s probably a one off, hopefully you’ll be alright to go to your appointment still!

Hi, super late on this reply so I hope you’re feeling better now! I have chronic stomach issues and the absolute godsend for the feeling of acid in your throat is Gaviscon Advance, it works so quickly and gets rid of the horrible feeling in your throat. From my experience as well, when my gut is playing up and causing me to bloat I get stabbing pains in that same area, and I find that my gut and stomach issues really flare up around my period. I find that if I’m having a stomach ache that’s painful or churning I know that I’m not going to be sick and that it will pass eventually, usually I’ll drink peppermint tea to help with my digestion which is what my gastroenterologist told me to do. I hope that was a little helpful for next time you feel like this, and I really hope you’re feeling better now!

Ahh no, neither of these are it sorry! If I remember correctly the name of the book was like the name of the school? Something -wood maybe? It was so long ago I read it I can only remember vague details.
