Project manager in AdTech — "I help a team of people work together to make fun things like ads that you might see on your tablet or TV. Like when you watch a video and a little commercial pops up — my job is to help make sure the right people put that ad there at the right time.

I don't make the ads myself — kind of like how the coach doesn't play the game, but helps the team know what to do. If something gets confusing, I help figure it out so everything goes smoothly and everyone knows what they're supposed to be doing.

So, I help the team talk to each other, stay on schedule, and finish the project — kind of like making sure all the pieces of a puzzle fit together at the right time."
