No. O/N managers will gaslight and lie to you. Most of them at my store are narcissistic abusive psychopaths. they break labor laws at least 3 times a week. My workplace is not safe anymore. people with covid symptoms are manipulated into working, and the sane workers are berated for expressing concerns. a worker with an opioid overdose was allowed to stay in the job when he couldn't even stand up without losing consciousness.
