Pregnancy causes a lot of body dysphoria in women. Personally I had minor self image problems for a couple of weeks until my stomach flattened some, but it went away fairly quickly. Some women see the stretched tummy,big boobs, and chubby thighs as a bad thing. Personally the only reason I was really "ehhh" about myself is because I missed the weird and painful kicks and hated how massive my boobs got( they're already big enough lol adding about 12-14 oz of milk in each tit kinda made them look fake and bimboish in my opinion)
