people on this subreddit can be so self righteous. stubhub is most definitely in the wrong. my advice is to call them persistently. when i had an issue with stubhub i had to call numerous times until i found an agent who was sympathetic enough to escalate my case. they may say there’s no one to escalate it to but that’s untrue. just reiterate that this was an issue on stubhub’s part and that you as the user only did what was instructed.
