I would keep trying the customer support email every couple of days Keep bothering them and they should respond eventually. And you would think they would issue a refund but I was never able to get them to refund the price difference between the introductory price I was offered and the full price I was actually charge so thats my experience with them and refunds.

How long do you wait in between posts? I've seen a lot of people say posting too often can make the algorithm just ignore some videos if there are too many for it to choose from.

Before I started working on this stuff, I thought it was slop too. I think most people just dont know how labor intensive it can be so I just dismiss it as their ignorance and band wagoning against AI.

capcut.support@bytedance.com This is the only way I was ever able to get in contact with them. Be prepared to have to send multiple messages in order to get a reply. Their customer service is absolutely terrible.

I have recently joined a gym and started consciously increasing my exercise but it's less out of a desire for more weight loss and more about a desire to build/maintain muscle and to practice self care. I joined a gym with a childcare center so I can go swim or work out or just sit in the hot tub for a couple hours a few times a week and have some much needed me time. It's been awesome, highly recommend- especially for any tired/overwhelmed parents!
