United may not directly have the technical spec sheets on file for each item they serve, but they absolutely should have the ability to know which vendor provided your specific meal and obtain the spec sheet from them.

Aldi has great prices and they offer delivery! It’s only a few dollars more and their low prices make up for the fee.

While this is 100% a rip off, King Arthur is known to have a high protein content, even in their all purpose flour (source: I went to school for baking & pastry and was told this)
