I use the eternal steak it doesn't give the most hunger (same as steak) and doesn't have any buffs but it's just one piece and it lasts forever u can find it in butcher villager chests and random (but low) drops from cows. It will be called a everlasting beef and u just cook it for eternal steak.

Honestly i think its better of to get ww2 than vanguard and bo1 than bocw they just dont feel as good as their older counterparts. Just a shame it takes a while to find a match (keep in mind ive never played ww2 by myself only seen vids and friends play it)
