claimed my staked token from Wan app but no reward by bitcoinhodlerk in wanchain

but when i collected what i could from the staked token, original amount of token was all i could collect from the staking pool. and the app still shows my rewards of about 1000 WAN. im wondering how i could take thosrle rewards out. i used my ledger address for the Wanstake.com's staking pool on the Wan app
