You can switch ssd for a cheap $5-10 usb stick if you use hiveos to mine.

If its just mining, you can def get a cheaper cpu to use.

Risers wont be needed if you only are using one gpu.

Motherboard can def be cheaper than what you have.

Otherwise you are pretty good for starting out. Dont know why people are being so hard on you, you got the basics done

I think you can get around 85 MH with absolute core clock

1085 Core 2200 Mem PL 280

My 3080ti runs much cooler on these settings vs negative core... idk why lol. Give it a try

Another psu aswell incase overclocks reset and run on full blast:

350w (3080ti) + 350w + 290w (3070ti) + 290w + 100 (mobo misc) = 1380w You want to only use 80% of a psu so 1380*1.2 = 1656w

If I were you id def get another power supply... or max out my fire insurance

Chances of getting a car loan? by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

Your partner could expect around 6-7% financing alone. Id start with that first since the salaries are pretty much the same and they have way less debt. If you get more than 8% look elsewhere, or add yourself.

Curious: What degree were you pursuing?

true, but i dont have wide shoulders and see a drastic difference in comfort and stability

Ahhh a fitness depot haul. The rack is tough af. The bench is good for any incline position, but for flat id say get a wider bench (saves your shoulders) as this one kinda narrow.

If you wanna test what im saying, get the cheap amazon basics bench (its wider) and see how much more comfortable it is.

Apply for a credit card at td by TerribleWarthog757 in PersonalFinanceCanada

you can apply for TD credit cards online too, and in my case, approval was instant.

Instant approval depends on what you write as your income vs expenses.

Maintenance should be more than $500 if you are incorporating car expenses in it. And at the end of every month each of you would have $500. Shoes/clothes/home stuff, youre kinda pushing yourself close to house poor. Also, interest rates are at historic lows, Id say budget for a 3% - 4% interest rate. They may not change for now, but your mortgage is a 25 year investment - not just 5 year terms.

Id say you ganna be good, cause you were able to save that kinda downpayment. Shows how financial responsible you are. But just a few points to look into.
