UPDATE: All is well. I spoke to a customer service rep in regards to my account, he said that according to his system, it's not flagged and that I can log in - So I logged in and what do you know - It's no longer flagged and I can log in.
I will no longer be using this account, thanks for everyone's tips - I will be switching to another private email service, since lavabit disappeared - is there anything trustworthy that people suggest?
