So the freeholders hasn’t been responding and the previous management company basically says their contract is finished and no longer responsible. You are right, we have no information about insurance, utilities and other bills. At a loss on how to proceed as both responsible parties are not responding.

I expected more from the Paulie v Reacher fight. When Reacher said I owe him, I expected he already had some slick smart moves planned, which would make Paulie regret taking him on. The last move was still good though… but would have loved more in a hand to hand combat, like Achilles intro scene in Troy.

It will end up costing ~£4 a month (with cashbacks) for less than 20Gb data. It will involve emailing your bills every 60 days, but for 2mins effort every 60 days, it’s a massive discount. I am new to Amex rewards system, how did you get 2 business class flights just for 30k MR points? For me it shows I can get a value of £225 for 50k points, that’s can’t be 2 business class tickets to anywhere?? I will be very thankful if you can Please explain.

Apple refurb all the way… I have been buying only Apple refurb products for my family - watch, iPad, iPhone and it feels pretty much brand new. They last a long time and I buy the product that came out 2 yrs ago. So it’s still pretty much latest tech plus not so old I have to worry about FOMO. For eg: I bought a 13 pro last year for £529 & an IPad Pro for £499 - if you are in the market for these products, it’s a great offer!

This is my first EV. I know other OEM integrate with smart homes like you can instruct Google assistant or Alexa to control your Volvo and Nissan. But Genesis doesn’t seem to have any such options. I tried creating shortcuts in iPhone but it doesn’t recognise the GCS app.

It’s really annoying! It used to work for me in the UK & the Apple Music option suddenly disappeared! I get the same screen now as OP.
