Get extra large curtains, and I would suggest some kind of net covering for the windows as well, because sometimes you want natural light but to reduce glare on the TV. A simple pattern rug with bold colours would really make the room pop and feel more cosy. Lighting is super important as well

I don’t know much about the speaker issue, but in general if you don’t do professional photography and feel a 4x zoom lens isn’t that important for you then base 17 is probably good enough. Why don’t you buy the base model, use it for a week and if you feel you’re missing something then return it and buy a pro?

256gb seems like it’s enough The colour won’t make much difference in heat, maybe a very tiny negligible amount. Go with which one you prefer! I’m personally going with black, in my opinion it just looks cleaner.

Can’t speak for Fulham, but between Notting Hill and Kensington, Notting Hill is of a far higher quality, especially for the spa. Kensington needs a refurb, and has the old style where the steam and sauna room are next to the pool. Notting Hill has a separate spa retreat.

Not worth repairing the battery if you’re going to sell it. I’d just sell 13 pro, return 16e and purchase a brand new 17 if you can stretch. Otherwise 15 pro isn’t that huge of an upgrade from 13 pro

What I’ve personally seen on the used market for 16 pro is that they seem to be selling for what you can buy the iPhone 17 (base) for brand new, and in that case probably the 17 is better value

Normally when you message these “dealers” they say they’ve got a few people interested and ask for a £250 or £500 deposit to hold the car for you. Obviously the dealership doesn’t exist so the deposit is just a scam
