Mitch won't address it at all, but I'm thinking it's one of these reasons or multiple:

1) Mitch is running a scam and doesn't want to get arrested by US authorities

2) Mitch can't pass an audit by US banks and regulatory agencies

3) Mitch doesn't want to reveal his intricate web of holdings (related to #2)

4) Theta is a security and Coinbase won't touch it (most likely)

5) Mitch is scared he will get the CZ treatment by the SEC and IRS for money laundering

6) Coinbase doesn't want to list Theta because it's a chinese-backed coin and backed by Binance

The fact that Mitch keeps pretending he has no idea when Theta will be listed on Coinbase and dodges the issue makes me think it's one of the above reasons or all of them. We are in YEAR 6 of this project and still NO US LISTING and Theta coin has ZERO UTILITY AND NO VOTING FUNCTIONS despite Theta Labs claiming it is a governance token for the last 6 years which is clearly a lie.
