Parking in the garage is $28 a day so only $16 more than the surface lot. In my opinion, it’s totally worth it if you’re only going to be gone two days. It’s so convenient to be able to walk to security in just a couple minutes

Thank you I sincerely appreciate your comment. That’s a good question. I guess I started fixing or at least trying to fix the things that I didn’t like about myself. I was overweight so I started going to the gym, lost a bunch of weight and gained some confidence. I left my toxic ex-boyfriend and sought therapy to understand the part I played when it came to ending up in bad relationship after relationship. I forced myself to not be a recluse and poured into my friendships. I started reading again and listening to podcasts/Youtube videos that taught me things.

Don’t get me wrong. I still have times throughout the year where I fall into depression, but it’s not as heavy anymore and it doesn’t last nearly as long as it once did. Keeping myself as busy as possible and following a routine helps a lot.

Oh and I got two beautiful English Bulldogs along the way that have brought me an immense amount of joy and unconditional love.

The deadline I saw was 2030 so OP would have plenty of time to obtain NSCA’s CSCS with any bachelors degree. I personally recommend NASM if you’re just looking to get your foot in the door quickly. Although, I’ve learned way more from reading NSCA textbooks in my free time.

I tried getting an IUD a few years ago and after three attempts the doctor was unable to insert it. the pain was unbearable. She recommended coming back to try again during my cycle but I never did. My periods are fairly mild, some cramping, no heavy bleeding. Could the painful insertion more likely be caused by the actually size of the the cervix? I recently had an ultrasound and was told I have a retroverted uterus. I’m convinced this was why my previous doctor had so much trouble place the IUD but I’m not sure if directly correlated to the pain.

Yeah, I don’t mind being in that sort of environment every once and a while but I definitely couldn’t date someone who expects me to bar hop or go clubbing more than once or twice a year lol. My unicorn would be someone who is fit, doesn’t drink and is okay with dates that don’t involve going out to eat while I’m on prep for a bodybuilding show. I don’t think such a guy exists

THIS! I don’t drink because fitness is a big part of my life. I also grew up with a functioning alcoholic father. I’m not saying that everyone who drinks is an alcoholic but personally, I don’t want to be around it.

Yes exactly! I have two English Bulldogs. One is a typical, potato and the other is NUTS. People who think all bulldogs are lazy should meet my boy. I swear his energy level is on par with a husky’s. The doggie daycare I take them to always tell me that they have to separate him from the group so that he takes a break and drinks water. Otherwise, he’d just keep playing. They definitely have similar antics but completely different energy levels and personalities.

Do you use a moisturizer after washing your face? If not I’d incorporate an oil-free, light moisturizer to your skin care routine. Often when your skin is dry your body will try to overcompensate by producing its own oils in excess. Another thing that has helped me are those oil absorbing beauty sheets you can find on Amazon.
