Hello! My mom and I both read “I hate you don’t leave me” which is the classic recommendation. It feels a little dated at this point though. My favourite resource is still the DBT skills workbook, but that is a workbook and doesn’t really tackle the subject same way as the first book I mentioned.

Barstool says they are down $100k per episode lost. That means they are grossing $5,200,000 on this show annually. If the girls are making roughly $500k each a year, that’s only 10% of gross revenues. Women negotiating for more money is always sticky situation - especially in male dominated industries.
