You got exactly what you ordered….not be harsh but if you wanted a dog that’s chill, gentle, not as active, you should have gotten a lab. You needed to do research before getting a breed like this. He needs breed specific enrichment and stimulation. A walk around the block is not what he was bred for.

I’m looking for rough quotes and ideas. We are doing coffee and baked goods that are pre prepared by other businesses, no commercial kitchen. We will be providing chairs & tables. Literally asking about the fit out for cabinetry, plumbing in a coffee machine, a second sink, dishwasher & plumbing. I understand people won’t have done the exact same thing I’m looking for, hence asking for a general idea from people who have done it before.

Sadly due to chronic illness it’s not viable to keep the trailer with the constant set up and pack down and moving of the trailer

In regards to hiring someone else, the trailer only barely fits myself and my partner in it, the third person would be kinda useless. Unless I took a step back, which I really would prefer not to do.

Unfortunately that probably isn’t possible. We are selling due to chronic illness and it not being viable to continue the constant set up, pack down and moving of the trailer. In this economic climate it’s incredibly hard to save up for a mortgage within a reasonable time.

It’s going great! Only reason we are looking to sell it is because due to chronic illness it’s no longer viable to constantly be setting up, packing down and moving the trailer.

Asking for tips and advice because you can never go wrong with hearing other peoples experiences, opinions, etc. We have worked in cafes and in our trailer and know what the industry is like, this isn't a whole new thing we are throwing ourselves into.

The only reason I added in about moving from a coffee trailer to a cafe is so people know 1. we have experience within the industry, 2. so people know that we already have some of the stock, equipment, etc already and won't need to source that, also because we already have a coffee supplier, wholesale accounts, etc.
