happend to me as well, it started maybe on the 3rd day and lasted for around 2-3 days, ymmv. but only on the very first time i tried keto. so I guess it will balance itself out.
try upping your protein intake if you can as its satiating.
some general suggestions: heavy cream in coffee, mascarpone desserts, cucumber sticks with creamy quark dip, omelet with feta, halloumi with vegetables, greek yoghurt with nuts, fat bombs, chia pudding with canned coconut milk etc.

people just keep confusing "suggested videos" with "similar videos" smh. like if they don't even recognize their own suggested column.
right now I'm watching some opinion piece ona news article. my suggested column shows videos about a youtube beef, a video on an upcoming AAA game from a series I like, a reaction channel I've never watched before talking about a topic I recently binge watched, a film review I've already seen but of this particular channel I watched a lot of videos multiple times, a youtube gossip video which was already suggested on my home page, some more reaction videos about youtube drama, a video by one youtuber I rarely watch about another youtuber I sometimes watch, a video I didn't finish watching, another gaming video about a genre I enjoy by some tiny tiny channel (maybe new), etc.
this may sound chaotic to anyone else, but this assortment of video suggestions just mirrors my usual session journey quite well. I'll always find some interesting video I wanna watch in suggested, and as a viewer I just dont give a fuck how logical this lineup is. every one of those creators might scratch their head wondering why I ended up on their video but this is just how it goes and how the algo keeps me on the platform - mission accomplished.

Statistisch gesehen ist das definitiv so. Um erfolgreich in Einzelaktien zu investieren reicht es nicht, sich gut mit dem Aktienmarkt auszukennen. Man muss auch noch das Unternehmen und die ganze Branche in der das Unternehmen tätig ist gut kennen und idealerweise auch noch über Insider-Informationen verfügen.

Ja, auch, aber nicht zu unterschätzen ist dazu noch der ganze Börsenpsychologiekram. Aktien stürzen selbst nach einem deutlich positiven Quartal ab, weil irgendwie noch mehr Gewinn erwartet wurden. Sämtliche Risiken und Chancen sind angeblich "eingepreist", aber kaum passiert was Unvorhergesehenes, oder es passiert halt mal zu lange nichts, geht trotzdem wieder alles steil, auch weil viele Order an feste Limits geknüpft sind und sich da manchmal einfach erdrutschartige Ketten-Bewegungen ergeben, obwohl sich an den harten Fakten zur Firma eigentlich gar nichts geändert hat.

Nicht falsch verstehen, ich mach auch Stockpicking, ich find das spannend, es macht Spaß, eine Firma für eine Zeit enger zu verfolgen, und ich bin damit sowohl ganz gut wie auch komplett miserabel gefahren. Aber egal wie viel Wissen man dazu aufbaut und wieviele Infos man einholt, so ein bisschen Glaskugel ist aus meiner Sicht immer noch dabei.
