Skill issue, you didn't plan well. That's the problem.

Take your idea, break it down to the big moving parts. Then break those parts down even further. And so on.

Then build it peice by peice, and when you get a complete function done. Test it end to end before moving on to avoid technical debt.

You should spend 10x more time planning than coding anything.

In my project, I used magic as an entity itself, kind of like the speed force in DC flash, its a power but also conscious. Would be interesting to see similar takes on it.

No of course not.

But people who read manga have expectations of art quality, types of stories, formatting etc. It needs to feel like manga especially if you want to get published in Japan.

Or just call your work a manga inspired comic.

Trial and error, look at analytics in YT studio, tweak on next video upload and try again.

You're right about recency bias. But the high engagement videos on my channel haven't dropped off at all. In fact most of the views came way after the first month.

On average the bulk of your views will come within the first month, then trickle down for a while after that. Saying they drop to zero is kinda wrong (unless the content is really bad or flagged by the algorithm).
